• Click on "RC related Services" from the " services " drop-down list. Choose "Renewal of Registration".
• Enter your vehicle's registration number and the chassis number. Click on "Verify Details" to complete the procedure.

People who do not have internet access can choose to use the offline application process. You can collect Form 25 from your nearest RTO. You can also download it from Parivahan Sewa's official website. Fill in the form with all the necessary information, such as register number, expiry date, and other essential data.

Submit the filled form, renewal fees, and supporting paperwork to the nearest RTO. After completing the transaction, you will get a receipt for it.

What are the Documents Required for the Renewal of RC?

• PUC or Pollution Under Control Certificate issued from the government-backed PUC centre
• Registration Certificate
• Original Registration Certificate smart card
• Copy of the PAN card or Form 60 or 61, as per requirement from the state RTO
• Pencil print of the engine and chassis of the vehicle
• Form 25
• Document with the owner's signature and the insurance policy certificate of the car
• Vehicle's fitness certificate
• Statement proof for up-to-date road tax payment

Validity of RC Renewal

The validity of a renewed RC is five years. It would help if you renewed the RC as long as the RTO deems it fit after every expiry.

• Now, enter your vehicle renewal application number or registration number either one. Rightly enter the captcha and select "Submit".
• You will be redirected to a page asking you to enter the application number you received once you have paid the renewal fees.
• Select "View Report" to check your vehicle's RC renewal status.
